I’ve been holding on to these for a few weeks waiting until we switched hosting companies to give them away. Well, we’ve switched (I’m loving it) so here we go. I’ve got (2) ninebullets.net coffee to give away to the first two people to email me with the subject line “Coffee Mug!!! I want one!”. BOTH ARE CLAIMED. I decided to post this really early in the morning since we early risers need our coffee. If you wake up too late but still want a mug they can be purchase here. All proceeds from mug sales will go to the “Keeping Autopsy IV drunk” fund.
While we are talking about ninebullets.net merchandise I guess now is as good a time as any to mention the official ninebullets.net tshirt. I hope to give them away to bands I interview as they come through town. I also hope t start interviewing more bands as they come through town. I know they are kind of pricey but it’s the best I could do without buying a bunch of them. Hopefully I’ll buy a few to give away on the site sometime. Here is a picture of me modeling the, as of now, only existing ninebullets shirt:
Congrats. You’re seeing the site from the new location.
If you can’t see this…well, those people will see this in a day or so.
Today we moved the site to the new hosting service. Things should be smoother from here on out.
We hope.
Anyone besides me noticing any performance increases?
Normal posting to continue tomorrow.
Do I really expect anyone to buy one of these? No. But I thought I would mention it.
I broke my coffee mug this morning. Anyone who works in an office environment knows how big of a bummer this can be. So, during my lunch hour I went on the quest to find a new coffee mug…While browsing thinkgeek I got the wise idea to see if I could get a mug with the 9b.net logo on it. Low and behold I could! and they let me make it available to you to.
The mug features what will be the new header graphic once we finish the site redesign. If this is something that might interest you (mom?) head here to purchase yours. It’s perfect for that mid-morning hot toddy.

ninebullets.net has a new sticker:
If you want one just drop me an email and I’ll put a few in the mail to you in the next few days. Take from me, they look great on the bathroom wall of your favorite live music establishment. Be on the look-out for a new site design coming soon.
I added a page for listing the info of shows I am planning on going to and shows I actually made it to. I dunno if this will have much use for you, the reader, but it will work wonders for me keeping track of where I am supposed to be. Check it out if you are interested.
I figure a little site news is as good a reason as any to post the song which gave this site it’s name so here you go:

Backstory:
I like stickers. I guess it is a throwback to my childhood as a skateboarder. I put stickers on everything I own. Well, a couple of weeks ago I was looking at the back of my laptop and it occurred to me that a ninebullets.net sticker back there would pretty much kick ass. So, I asked a friend (featured here) to do some artwork for me and I let my wife (outside of her, I have shit for taste) pick the best of his offerings. A little poking around led me to Contagious graphics and I ordered them. One could say this is the world’s most expensive sticker. Buy 1 get 249 for free if you will. Outside of putting one on the laptop I’m sort of at a loss of what to do with the remainder of them. I plan on putting some of them in the bathrooms of the bars and concert venues I attend but what then? Anyone want a free sticker? If you do just drop me and email with a mailing address and I’ll put 2 in the mail right away. They’ll be total collectors items when ninebullets become big and famous since I’ll never print anymore unless I run out (unlikely) and then get a new laptop (even more unlikely). So, be the first kid on your block with a ninebullets.net sticker. Please. I need to get rid of ‘em. Outside of that, anyone have any suggestions of what I can do to utilize 249 stickers?
Since this is a rare Thursday NIGHT post I’ll post up some songs with it. Every Thursday night me and the wife meet some friends up at this local dive bar called Steve’s for whiskey drinks and fish stories and every Thursday I play the bowling game and “Final Countdown” gets played on the jukebox. Eventually I get drunk make my way over to the jukebox and I play these 3 songs. Every Thursday. Mind you, I would not play Momma Tried if Misery and Gin were on the juke but it ain’t.

I added a page today called Essential Listening. It is linked in the toolbar above. The page’s purpose is to basically keep track of the cream of the crop that I have heard this year. I have been holding back on writing about a few cds till I put the page up. Hopefully people will like it. I am not too sure on the title though. Essential Listening sounds so dull. Any ideas for something different?
