Thank you for this post, Autopsy IV. It makes me so happy to see young people recognize the importance and the greatness of Lenny Bruce. Not that I\’m such a geezer; I was but a wee tot on that sad day 41 years ago, but I think you\’re about ten years younger than me. And when I talk about Lenny Bruce and his work in my Free Speech/First Amendment seminars, I\’m never quite certain that today\’s university students fully get it: if not for Lenny Bruce, there would never have been George Carlin, Eddie Murphy, Margaret Cho, South Park, etc. So thanks for reminding us.
