So, how do you like your BBQ? I’m all about low and slow with a rub and adding some sauce (none of that vinegar based shit either) right at the end. Last year I built myself a clay pot smoker and I can now make some mean pulled pork and ribs.

Part time blogger. Full time hater.
They screwed up my current (FL) and former (VA) home states. I guess Florida (showing California) was intentional since they say it’s not southern, but they got their commonwealths mixed up (showed Virginia and labeled it ‘Kentucky’).
I know that’s beside the point but it bothered me. I’m just sayin….
the florida thing pissed me off too.
