That photo was probably taken in Tennessee, but it reminds me of Indiana. My granddad grew up in the tiny little town of Hope, Indiana, while my grandmother was from the rockin’ metropolis of Columbus, Indiana. She used to tease him about his small town and his love for it, saying “Live in Hope, die of despair.” (Yeah, she had a mean streak.)
