I learn something new everyday! T have that Adam’s House Cat version of Nine Bullets on a Drive By Truckers 7 inch and it is included on a compilation by Yep Roc records titled “Revival Vol. II: Kudzu and Hollerin’ Contest.” Both versions are credited to the DBT, but it makes sense that it might be Adams House Cat given the time period of these releases (c. 1997).

Looks like I don’t have a cover of 9b like I thought. I thought there might have been one on Drive By Truckers Tribute vol. 1 or 2 (which is all covers). Both those albums are pretty good stuff, have you heard them?

I think a live version would be nice. Possibly something off The Dirt Underneath tour.

Great podcast this month! Nothing wrong with being a Suburban Home fanboy. They have a bunch of their vinyl stuff on sale right now for anyone that’s in to that kind of thing. I just picked up 5 records for an average of $8.50 a piece with shipping. Great deal.

I think I have a 9b cover at home. I’ll check it out later tonight.
