Glad you're on the bandwagon, it's been rott' n rollin' around New Orleans for years and now is being shared extensively with the rest of the world. Whoever at Hyena gave you that little push deserves a very big thank you. Songbones is a wonderful cd, for me it harkens back to Thursday evenings at d.b.a when Grayson performed solo, acoustic from 6 to 9. Having seen him with his band the Stumpknockers many a smoke and liquor filled evening, this was a more contemplative, sweet, intimate portrait of the music and the stories. Definitely check out anything and everything by Grayson, he has two previous releases from his band Stavin' Chain. And, if ever you have a chance to catch him live, either solo or with the band, please make it a priority, you won't regret it.

Wow I really like the sound of this. There are so many great unknown artists (to me anyway) out there.

I will have to add Grayson to my 'Autopsy IV Playlist' I have an ever growing playlist of about 10-15 artists with 3 songs each.

So far my 9b.net song of the year is "Blood On The Hardwood Floor"
