Don’t forget Neil Young’s “Like a Hurricane” and Dylan’s “Hurricane,” though the latter isn’t specifically about the weather. I went through a hurricane (Donna) when I was 8 years old – at that age it was all about being off from school for three days and having lots of debris around to make forts.
